Coming home is always refreshing and I'm so glad that I have gotten the opportunity to come home for a few days before the next semester starts back up. Its nice to get this "vacation," since I don't really know when I'm going to be able to make it back down here!
Today started out well, but I had to take my Astronomy final. I wasn't too worried about it because I figured it would be pretty easy. I was correct. It only took me 10 minutes! That was a relief because, with my Strawberry Banana Smoothie (+ caffeine charge) in hand, I was ready to get along with my busy day. After my final I had to rush home (Jackson) because I just so happened to be working at a wedding here! I was so excited that my work brought me home this time! :)
However, before going off to the wedding, I got to go over to my mom's parents' (Mimi and Papa) house to eat a WONDERFUL meal with my family. Although I had to eat it in a hurry, it was nice to be with my family for a meal...its been a while! Then I quickly went off to work and had some good wedding cake! (I always make a point to try the cake!)When I got home I was pleased to see my father still awake writing his sermon for tomorrow. Those of you at FBC Clinton, you're in for a great message! I even got to throw in my two cents! While he wrote his sermon I got to watch SNL for the first time in forever and it just so happened that the one and only Daniel Radcliffe was the special guest, HOORAY!
All in all, I had a very busy, but very good day and can't wait to see what these next few days at home have in store for me and my family! :)
